North Wood's Guarantee to you
All Northwood Down down comforters, down pillows, come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it in its original unused condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we will issue a quick refund upon receipt and inspection. Special terms shall apply to custom orders.
If you are returning or exchanging an item due to a manufacturers defect, we will issue a full refund or an exchange. We will not accept any return with an authorization so please do not just send back without corresponding with our friendly return staff. Please e-mail us at returns@northwooddown.com .
If the comforter or pillows you are returning has been used, we are required by law to destroy it. You may be charged a fee of up to 30% of the purchase price if you return or exchange a non-defective item that has been used. Signs of use shall include, but are not limited to: Obvious soiling, human or pet hairs or other fibers clinging to the fabric, odors from perfumes, etc.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse or improper care.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
If you do find it necessary to return your purchase, kindly let us know before hand so we will know to expect it.
